Message From The Instructor:
Hello, my name is Alan Spangler. I am the Solid Waste Program Coordinator for the AETA. I have been in the solid waste field since 2004 working in several solid waste facilities. I have worked in the water and wastewater field along with a career of twenty years in law enforcement. Through our classes, you will find many opportunities to gain access to needed information for obtaining and/or maintaining you solid waste license.
