Asbestos Supervisor Refresher
Asbestos Course Description:
This course is designed to meet annual refresher training requirements for Arkansas Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor license through the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment, Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

Learning Outcomes:
- Students will review and apply current asbestos safety practices and regulatory requirements applicable to asbestos workers and supervisors
- Students will demonstrate continued competency in hazard recognition, PPE, decontamination, work practices, and asbestos waste-handling procedures

Must Know:
Attendance is mandatory for the entire course to receive credit.
Participants must required the required written and practical examinations with a score of 70% or better for certification to be awarded.
Participants should bring current asbestos license/certification information if requested for training records.
