PWS Compliance
Course Description:
Provides a general overview of regulatory compliance for public water systems. Participants must contact the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) for registration.

Learning Outcomes:
- Understand state and federal drinking water regulations
- Recognize operator responsibilities for compliance
- Identify reporting and monitoring requirements
- Apply compliance practices in daily operations.
Must Know:
This course is taught by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) Drinking Water Licensing Program. The AETA does not provide certificates for this course.
